ecomatRelay – more than just an I/O extension
ecomatRelays are the perfect extensions for special applications or flexibly connectable I/Os. Regardless of the relay or application, all ecomatRelays are E1 certified, vibration-resistant, with IP 67 – in short, designed from A to Z for use in mobile machines.
Thanks to the implementation of the CANopen protocol, all products in the ecomatRelay family can be integrated into the control concept extremely efficiently. By mapping the variables, integration can be completed in a few simple steps; the decentralised architecture can also demonstrate its advantages without giving the impression of separate devices when programming.
With the ecomatRelays, normal inputs and outputs can of course be added to the system. However, special applications can also be mapped. The ecomatRelay / 1H10A (CR3025), for example, has a PWM-controlled H bridge. This means that DC motors can be controlled with just two variables. One variable specifies the target value, the other the direction of rotation. But that is not all – the H-bridge outputs can supply up to 10 A.
Simple integration
Thanks to CANopen integration, the decentralised ecomatRelays can be integrated into the control concept in just a few steps.
Decentralised I/O extension
Simple extension for inputs and outputs Whether as standard, in product variants or for retrofitting, ecomatRelays are always the perfect addition.
Special applications
ecomatRelays master even complex or special requirements with ease. Whether digital or analogue inputs, PWM-controlled outputs, H bridges or even high-current outputs, the ecomatRelays can do it all!
Robust
With their robust design, high protection rating (IP 67) and support for 12 V and 24 V on-board power supplies, the ecomatRelays are perfectly suited for use in mobile machines.
